Refund policy

At Trinity Art, every piece is custom made to order with great care.

Because each artwork is created specifically for your order, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges due to a change of mind.

If your artwork arrives damaged or there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your package. Include your order number and photos of the damage so we can assess the issue and work with you on a suitable solution.

If your order is approved for replacement or refund, we will provide instructions for the next steps.

Please note that slight variations in colour may occur due to differences in monitor and screen settings.

All artwork and images are protected by copyright. Purchases are for personal display only and may not be copied, reproduced, scanned, distributed, or resold without the written permission of Trinity Art.
